Some rules, policies, disclaimers and what not you should probably read.

Disclaimer
Most of the stuff I provide on this site is offered free and as general information found all in one place. I don’t expect you to pay for it and therefore I have to make money some other way. The way I do that is by using affiliate links when I can, not all links are affiliate links and I have not noted when they are. I only promote affiliate links of things that I believe in and that I think you will find value from. So you’ve been warned, I am human and I need money to feed myself, the husband and the dog, pay my mortgage and maintain this site.

You’ll also find me talking about the other blogs/websites/projects I have going on and I do that because I think you’ll be interested in them and because links are great for SEO That being said you won’t find me filling this blog with all the other stuff I do but if I do something I think is relevant I’ll probably talk about it.

The Oh So Fun Comment Policy:
The comment form should be filled in with a proper and legitimate name and URL. Comments using spam, keywords or suspicious information will be marked as spam and deleted. The administrator(s) of this blog reserve the right to determine what is spam and what is not. While e-mail addresses are required for commenting they will not be published, shared, sold or added to any e-mail lists. The only time they may be used is for the blog administrator to privately contact the commenter. This blog is a resource for all photographers, of any age, therefore make sure your comment is appropriate. Any comments which are deemed inappropriate by the administrator(s) will be deleted.

Any comment that is off topic, does not add to the conversation, is an attack on another commenter or may be considered spam (ie: a comment that has little to do with the post topic but is trying to sell something) may be edited, moved or deleted. This blog is setup to hold any comment that contains two or more links in moderation, to ensure your comment gets posted watch the number of links it has.

This blog is setup to automatically hold any blog comment with more than two links in moderation, which may delay your comment from appearing on this blog. Any blog comment with more than four links could be marked as comment spam. If you leave a comment on this blog and it does not appear in a reasonable time period, and you know that it does not violate these Comment Policies, contact the administrator.

Anyone who violates this Comments Policy may be blocked from future access and/or commenting on this blog. The blog administrator(s) reserve the right to edit, delete, move, or mark as spam any and all comments. They also have the right to block access to any one or group from commenting or from the entire blog. Privacy Statement
This site doesn’t really collect any information other than how many people visit it. If it does, I don’t pay attention to it and will not be using it for anything. Any information you use to comment on the blog is out there for anyone who reads this blog to see, so please keep that in mind. I can say from my end that this blog will not use any information you provide to do anything other than possibly warn you if your comments will get you banned. Your e-mail address will not be added to any lists, sold, or anything else we could possibly do with an e-mail address. Your stuff is safe.
