There are a few different ways you can contact me and I’ve listed them all below for your contacting pleasure.

E-mail: This is by far the best method and unless it’s a holiday or a weekend I’m out of town there’s a good chance I’ll get back to you pretty darn quick. You can do this by e-mailing jessica {at} capturelifellc {dot} com or by using the contact form at the bottom of the page.

Phone: This is probably my least favorite option, I work a full time job as well as have my own business and maintain an overwhelming number of blogs. If it’s urgent you can try this but I’ll be honest I might not answer and it might be long distance. 715.829.2671

Skype: If my computer’s on then it’s on you can find me as capture.life and I would love to chat with you however I don’t have the equipment currently set up to do video chat or use skype for phone calls. Maybe in the future.

Social Networks: If you want you can also find me on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Though those would not really be an effective means of communicating with me quickly.
